　　Treatment of formed deep vein embolism with or without pulmonary embolism, not clinically severe, excluding pulmonary embolism requiring surgical or thrombolytic treatment.
　　Treatment of unstable angina pectoris and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, in combination with aspirin.
　　Used in extracorporeal circulation for hemodialysis to prevent thrombosis.
