In order to enhance the staff's quality awareness and fully mobilize the staff's enthusiasm, the Quality Assurance Department organized a quality month activity in July 2020 with the theme of "I am a qualified quality guard".

The quality month activities are divided into three parts: "Record Audit Exchange Meeting", "Quality Exhibition and Garden Tour", "Quality Month Essay Writing and SOP Examination".

The paper record of GMP is a direct reflection of good or bad quality, and its accuracy is very strict when filling in the record. For this reason, on July 02, 2020 the Quality Assurance Department organized a batch production records exchange meeting and batch inspection records exchange meeting respectively.

In the exchange meeting, Yin Xiaoju and Dong Tingting analyzed and summarized the daily work and typical problems respectively, and discussed with the participants on the spot and proposed preventive measures. Effective communication between departments and feedback of suggestions are the fundamental basis for upgrading and optimizing work. The exchange meeting is both the sharing of past experience and the prospect of future optimization.

On July 03, 2020, at the quality exhibition, Wei Hong, the vice president of the Group, Zhang Chunjian, the quality director of the Group, and Feng Xuewen, the production director of Hongbo, delivered speeches for the event. Mr. Feng proposed at the meeting, "Quality is the life of a pharmaceutical enterprise and the foundation for the enterprise to gain a foothold in the market, and the quality cannot be guaranteed without the meticulousness and efforts of the employees of each position in each process. In order to realize high-quality products, every employee should strive to be a qualified quality guard in his or her own workplace!" Mr. Zhang said, "Quality assurance is needed at every stage of the life cycle of pharmaceuticals, and quality assurance requires a strong sense of quality responsibility from the employees at every stage of the production of pharmaceuticals. We hope that everyone will strictly demand themselves in the production process of drugs and enhance their quality awareness." Mr. Wei affirmed the efforts of each employee in the process of drug production, and also put forward higher requirements and standards for our quality awareness. He said, "Grasp every production detail in order to better ensure the quality of our products and promote the development of the enterprise!"

Employees from all departments participated in the "Garden Tour", and the winners were awarded first, second and third prizes for GMP knowledge quiz, teamwork and other aspects of the activity. This activity consolidated the staff's quality awareness and enhanced the company's team cohesion.

In the essay activity of "Quality Responsibility in My Position", each department actively analyzed and summarized the quality awareness of their positions and conducted three SOP knowledge tests. Through the assessment, it shows the excellent SOP knowledge reserve of Omnis staff.
